Would you be the full-time Data Analyst of Control Room in Astana we’re looking for?

 

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your analytical expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Lead Data Analytics Leader Alisher Zinnat, and work alongside passionate and inquisitive teammates.

You'll pull and analyze data from various systems. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Operations, Engineering, Industrialization etc.), contribute to locomotive performance improvement and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of creating dashboards, but also increasing fleet availability by predicting faults.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Decrease the downtime on corrective maintenance by implementing the rules and guidelines for troubleshooters
  • Increase the availability of fleet and systems by predicting the fault before it happened
  • To create various dashboards and reports by using Power BI
  • Follows up the plan application and report on progress
  • To build a strong collaboration with Project management team
  • Monitoring diagnostic rules
  • To analyze the data from available sources (SAP, TrainTraicer) and to optimize the reliability calculation and analyses
  • To provide reliability reports for Alstom sites

 

All about you

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role: 

  • Previous experience with data analysis
  • Hands-on experience coding with Python
  • Knowledge of the railway and ideally of the maintenance environment
  • Three years’ experience in Excel, SAP, BI (Tableau, Power BI)
  • BS or MS in Data Analytics field
