Could you be the full-time APSYS Leader in Astana we’re looking for?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your lean and continuous improvement expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.

You'll drive meaningful change by enhancing safety, quality, delivery, cost efficiency, and people engagement through standardized, data-driven processes. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (shopfloor operations, logistics, and cross-functional departments), facilitate improvement initiatives, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of APSYS deployment and assessments but also lead continuous improvement initiatives and training programs.

 

We’ll look to you for:

  • Supporting all departments by providing hands-on expertise in APSYS tools such as 5S, Standard Work, Gemba, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Problem Solving, and fostering a Kaizen mindset

  • Facilitating and coordinating improvement actions to achieve APSYS targets

  • Ensuring regular self-assessment consolidation and preparation for APSYS assessment weeks

  • Serving as the main interface with auditors and the central APSYS team

  • Facilitating APSYS and Kaizen events, workshops, and value stream mapping to identify and address waste and efficiency opportunities

  • Coordinating improvement actions with initiatives leaders, particularly focused on shopfloor and logistics activities

  • Supporting cross-functional teams in problem-solving, root-cause analysis, and performance improvement initiatives

  • Delivering APSYS and Lean training sessions for employees at all levels

  • Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across the organization

  • Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field

  • Experience or understanding of lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies

  • Knowledge of APSYS tools such as 5S, Standard Work, and Value Stream Mapping

  • Familiarity with problem-solving techniques and root-cause analysis

  • A Lean Six Sigma certification

  • Strong facilitation and coordination skills

  • Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
