Could you be the full-time AP Accountant in Astana we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your finance expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Aizhan Moldybayeva (Chief Accountant), and work alongside smart, responsible, hardworking teammates.

Main responsibilities:

• Enter suppliers invoices into accounting system on daily basis.
• Scanning of invoices into KOFAX system.
• Recording of invoices in Batch Manager and INSPIRE tool.
• Maintaining of Finance electronic arhive on daily basis.
• Filing of accounting paper documents on weekly basis.
• Reconciling with suppliers on monthly/quarterly basis.
• Daily monitoring and downloading of invoices from local tax portal.
• Support of finance team activities.
• Back up of AR accountant.
• Cooperation with business on requesting of missing documents.
• Other tasks from direct / functional managers.

Main requirements:

• Edcation - Financial or Accounting degree.
• More than 3 years experience in Accounting (AP).
• Good communication skills in English, Russian and Kazakh.
• Excel - confident user.
• Data accuracy.
• Good computer skiils.
• Proactivity.
