Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in warehouse operations and material flow management in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside a dynamic and collaborative team of professionals.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the seamless operation of our warehouse while adhering to Alstom’s EHS and safety policies. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, including Warehouse, Planning, and Industrialization, as well as external suppliers, to ensure efficient material flow and inventory management. You’ll also oversee shift operations, manage storage maintenance, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to support daily depot operations.
You’ll specifically take care of managing material receipt, issuance, and dispatch operations, as well as performing SAP transactions for goods movement. Additionally, you’ll oversee physical inventory verification, cycle counting, and Eway bill generation for outbound shipments.
We’ll look to you for:
- Managing warehouse operations, including material flow (in/out) and handling.
- Ensuring adherence to EHS and safety policies.
- Performing receipt, issuance, and dispatch of goods, including SAP transactions.
- Conducting physical verification of materials during receipt against invoices.
- Coordinating kitting and issuance of goods for maintenance requirements.
- Overseeing monthly cycle counting to maintain stock and location accuracy.
- Generating Eway bills for all outbound shipments.
- Managing NCR (Non-Conformance Report) material dispatch and in-house repairs.
- Ensuring the implementation of standard processes and compliance with the Logistics Handbook.
- Monitoring and reporting Key Performance Indicators (e.g., inventory accuracy, cycle counting performance).
- Contributing to Continuous Improvement activities and the APSYS roadmap.

- Graduation, Diploma, or equivalent in a relevant field.
- 4+ years of experience in warehouse operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).Knowledge of ERP SAP (IM & MM modules).
- Experience with data analysis and management reporting (MIS).
- Familiarity with EHS culture and safety protocols.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, inclusive, and responsible environment.
