Could you be the full-time Site Quality Manager in Sabarmati we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your quality assurance and management expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
You'll ensure the deployment and maintenance of quality assurance and quality management activities at the depot. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, production, supply chain), manage all quality-related interfaces with customers and suppliers, coordinate railway safety activities, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of ensuring alignment between project QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) objectives and customer expectations, but also support the implementation of quality tools and problem-solving processes.
We’ll look to you for:

Deploying and maintaining quality assurance and management systems at the depot

Managing quality-related interfaces with customers, internal teams, and external suppliers

Coordinating quality and railway safety activities

Ensuring consistency between project QCD objectives and customer expectations

Driving the use of quality tools and problem-solving techniques

Supporting continuous improvement initiatives

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (electromechanical, electrical, material, mechanical, or equivalent)

Experience in managing quality tools and problem-solving processes

Knowledge of quality assurance and industrial-level processes

Familiarity with project management principles

A certification in quality management or relevant field

Technical understanding of railway products
-
Fluency in English and an international mindset

Ability to work in a matrix organization and resilience under pressure
