Could you be the PLM4A Cultural Change Leader in São Paulo we’re looking for?

 

 

 

Your future role

 

Take on a new challenge and apply your leadership and project management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and dynamic teammates.

You'll play a key role in facilitating cultural change and process alignment to support the deployment of PLM4A. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, industrial, sourcing, communication, and HR), coordinate training sessions, and monitor communication strategies for effectiveness.

You’ll specifically take care of process alignment, stakeholder engagement, and training organization, but also oversee communication plans and support team members during the transition.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Conducting inventory assessments and analyzing process gaps

  • Facilitating engagement with métiers/functions during transitions

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive communication plans

  • Organizing and maintaining training schedules and records

  • Monitoring the implementation of updated processes and methodologies

  • Providing ongoing support and assistance to team members

  • Engineering degree (Bachelor’s degree)

  • Experience or understanding of engineering/industrial processes and Methods &Tools

  • Knowledge of DfQ V Cycle

  • Familiarity with project management principles

  • A Power BI certification (desirable)

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Ability to work in an international environment

  • Resilience and a continuous improvement mindset
