Could you be the full-time T&C Planning Engineer in Abidjan we’re looking for?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering and project management expertise in a dynamic and innovative field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.

You'll play a key role in supporting the off-site and on-site testing and commissioning (T&C) activities, ensuring seamless planning. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including  T&C teams, and other project stakeholders), develop detailed schedules for T&C activities, and monitor progress and performance indicators, among other responsibilities.

You’ll specifically take care of creating and maintaining detailed schedules for off-site and on-site T&C activities, as well as managing on-site T&C configuration, but also contribute to ensuring the successful delivery of T&C procedures and progress tracking.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Developing and maintaining a detailed off-site schedule for off-site platforms

  • Creating a detailed on-site T&C schedule

  • Monitoring progress and indicators for off-site and on-site T&C activities

  • Following up on the submission and approval of T&C procedures

  • Defining and maintaining ITC detailed logic


All about you

  • Master’s Degree in Engineering

  • Fluency in English, depending on project needs

  • 3 years of experience in project scheduling and/or system configuration management

  • Experience in railway systems (preferred but not required)

  • Proficiency in Primavera or Microsoft Project (depending on the project’s tools)

  • Strong engineering background, particularly in E&M

  • Excellent team spirit and interpersonal relationship skills
