Could you be the full-time System Integration & Validation Manager in Abidjan we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your transversal and global understanding of systems expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.
You'll play a key role in optimizing the overall project Integration & Validation process, ensuring the successful delivery of innovative transport solutions. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as System Engineering, Requirement Management, and Subsystems teams), define and manage validation strategies, and support certification or homologation processes, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of defining and coordinating the System Integration & Validation strategy, but also managing the I&V process timeline and validation evidences throughout the project lifecycle.
We’ll look to you for:
• Defining and managing the System Integration & Validation strategy to optimize the project I&V process
• Coordinating with Subsystems to implement validation methods for project requirements
• Managing the I&V process timeline and ensuring timely collection of validation evidence
• Defining and coordinating system-level operational scenarios, functionalities, and interface validations
• Collaborating with the System Testing Manager to optimize testing programs and manage customer acceptance
• Supporting the compilation of validation evidence for system acceptance
• Assisting in obtaining certifications or homologations in collaboration with the Safety Manager

• Graduated from an engineering school (electrical, mechanical, electronics, or computing degree preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in testing in a similar field
• Experience in laboratory, factory, or platform environments
• International project experience
• Knowledge of railway systems, electrical power distribution systems, signaling, communication, SCADA systems, and/or rolling stock systems
• Strong global vision and ability to understand standards, requirements, and their environment
• Ability to propose innovative testing solutions
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Professional proficiency in English
• Mobility and resilience
• Structured and organized approach to work
