Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your scheduling and project management expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative, forward-thinking, and driven teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless planning and execution of projects, contributing to the success of innovative transportation solutions. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project Managers, Development Teams, Operations Teams, and Finance Teams), provide scheduling analysis and insights, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of creating and maintaining project schedules, monitoring progress, and identifying risks, but also contribute to process improvements and best practices sharing.
We’ll look to you for:
- Acting as the right hand of the Project Director on all issues related to project schedules.
- Applying the Project Scheduling Process and promoting time management practices within the project team.
- Contributing to the return of experience (REX), sharing best practices, and maintaining schedule templates.
- Analyzing schedule management requirements and defining tender preparation schedules.
- Detailing tender schedules based on reference libraries, templates, and tender strategies.
- Highlighting critical paths, risks, and proposing optimization and mitigation actions.
- Ensuring the consistency of all stakeholders' commitments and managing schedule interfaces.
- Providing periodic schedule updates, progress reports, and risk analysis to stakeholders.
- Supporting contract management and contributing to Earned Value Management.
- Organizing and leading periodic schedule sessions to ensure alignment and address potential delays.

- Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Strong experience of project scheduling, time management, and planning processes.
- Knowledge of project management tools and techniques, such as Primavera or MS Project.
- Team management skills
- Familiarity with industrial planning, civil works, and earned value management principles.
- A certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) would be an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
