For our Global Procurement Center based in Cluj-Napoca we are looking for a:

SAP Key User Specialist (Business Intelligence)

 

Your role:

 

As a SAP Key User Specialist you will have to ensure the effective performance for Procurement & Supply Chain within the region/countries assigned and the achievement of service delivery requirements by focusing on Operational Performance Management, Processes, Tools, Projects and Management of Business Relationship. 

You will act as business partner to Central Efficiency team, Procurement Heads of Region, PMO, SQA, SPM, Supply Chain and GPC counterparts. 

You will initiate and drive continuous improvement in relevant responsibilities using standard KPIs and support in the implementation of the processes and new way of working.

You will be responsible to consolidate diverse information, KPIs to provide a global view and to drive data quality initiatives. 

You will contribute to Procurement & Supply Chain activities and network, and across functions.

 

 

Your Challenges:

 

System Usage and Incident Management

  • Monitors the system to ensure it runs smoothly (operations), it is maintained regularly and efficiently (maintenance and evolution, patching), technical issues are addressed rapidly
  • Is responsible for SAP data quality, conducts, checks and implements actions to correct information together with Master Data Team 
  • Creates training material for end users and delivers tool usage related trainings
  • Sets up grounds to ensure consistent usage of the system across various regions and categories of users
  • Coordinating activities with the System Super Users team for whom is sharing the responsibility of technical competency development with the line managers;
  • Assures support to end users regarding SAP Tcodes and Transactions

 

SAP-Support Role

  • SAP SPOC for Cluj acting as local knowledge multiplicator, trainer & coordinator for BI issues raised by Cluj 
  • SAP SPOC for issues related to On Time & Non-Conformity
  • Support execution of SAP related Data Quality Improvements
  • Support SAP architecture description for On Time and Non-Conformity 

 

Governance

  • Participates in the system’s governance board calls/meetings.
  • Assures support (negotiations preparation, technical description, demo sessions) for labour relations and Work Council negotiations in case of system upgrades, if requested.
  • Responsible for global access authorisation changes, new roles definition and setup, including the corresponding role configuration and request / approval process via AAT.
  • Assures Change Request Governance and control of the Change Request process, making sure that all system changes are documented and needed approvals are obtained before implementation.
  • Perform audit trail checks in various areas of the system, to assure compliance with Data Privacy, Works Council agreements and other applicable regulations (privacy agreements, data retention, system access, deletion rules etc.).

 

 Reporting

  • Designs and maintains the system reporting platform.
  • Defines specific reporting needs to support accountability and business decisions and KPI.
  • Assessment of new reporting requests (from viability and compliance perspective) and translates into reporting elements where feasible.
  • Assures migration from a reporting platform to another, if needed.

 

Projects, system-driven activities and third parties

  • Conducts regular communication/meetings with Global Super User/Super Users to identify system issues, to share best practices, communicate changes, etc.
  • Identifies training needs and develops ongoing training/knowledge sharing strategy.
  • Coordinates the implementation of new functionalities/upgrades to ensure optimal and full capacity use of the software (Migration and Solution Packs and Optimization initiatives).
  • Networking within the system’s client community through the available platforms and user events to share best practices.

 

Qualifications – External

  • Degree level qualification (masters preferred)
  • 3 - 5 years of work experience, Project coordination, Customer Service background.
  • 1 - 3 years in a relevant position – working on development tasks as tool administrator (SAP preferred).
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in an international customer service environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, optimization mindset, interested in information technologies and the usage of tools.
  • Advanced MS EXCEL skills and previous experience in designing Excel based dashboards/balanced scorecards and automation tools. 
  • Medium-Advanced knowledge of reporting design tools, such as SAP Business Warehouse.
  • Basic-Medium programming skills & knowledge in scripting languages as VBA and/or SQL.
  • Good knowledge of procurement/supply chain management processes.
  • Solid Change management skills to move change through the organization.
  • Fluency in English and other languages would be a plus
