Could you be the full-time Industrial Data Management Team Manager in Santa Perpetua de Mogoda we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your data analytics expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to the Site Industrial Director, and work alongside young and proactive teammates.

You'll provide support during the post-go-live period after new release (heavier or lighter) of existing tools in the SAP/GSI ecosystem. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (key users and managers of the site, regional business process owners for the corresponding department in the region), coordinate the key users of the different streams and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of that “the golden rules”  of use of the systems are followed, but also arbitrating when the processes to define involves more than one stream.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Be the communication channel with the central teams, RBPEs, BPOs, Run Team.
  • Maintain good relationship with other sites to benchmark
  • Ensure that all the team's objectives and tasks are met according to specifications and on time.
  • Be the reference in the definition of the processes that affect the GSI - AOS systems in the event that there is no definition by the central teams.
  • Coordinate the different key users on the site to align processes that affect various departments,  sharing best practices and upgrade proposal.
  • Ensure the appropriate support to the end-users.
  • Capture incidents and defects by end-users, process characterization of issues. Whenever possible, containing them by workaround and transmitting to the appropriate support team.
  • Test new functionalities or other upgrade solutions.
  • Automation of extractions from the systems and build specific reporting in the different BI tools (Qlik Sense, PBI)
  • Review, management and control of KPIs related to the SoD

  • Bacherlor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering/Mathematics/Physics
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar role
  • Transversal Management skills to work properly the different stakeholders
  • Experienced skills for managing industrial data: parts, BOMs, routings using the relevant tools
  • Capable of establishing and Developing the processes.
  • Lead continuous improvement and efficiency in the team
  • Developing BI and Data Analytics applications
  • Managing advanced technologies development (Ex: Big Data)
  • Good knowledge in SAP-GSI, AOS , Alista, Qlik Sense, PBI and Office Tools
  • Knowledge in Programming in Python for Data Management and SAP extraction
  • Excellent knowledge English/ Spanish
