OBJECTIVES OF THE ASSIGNMENT :
We are looking for an apprentice for our PI (Product Introduction) department.
Pi = rail product commissioning and warranty service (train, metro, tram, etc.)
1.     As part of the Central PI team, your objectives will be to participate in the control and adaptation of the skills centre (academy) for the business population.
2.    Creating, adapting and researching training for the trade's population.
3.    Drawing up studies of work to be carried out and building work teams within the IP department (worldwide).

 


SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES :
You will be responsible for the following tasks:
Main tasks:
- To consolidate the skills matrix grids for each profession according to their main tasks, by level of expertise (ALPS software/Excel), in order to arrive at heterogeneous skills depending on the type of position, discipline and between regions/countries/sites.
- Develop/homogenise/standardise the skills of IP Services teams by region/country/site
- Define & implement relevant training modules
- Propose training strategies and new training solutions: digital training, webinars, coaching/tutoring, qualifications, etc.
- Develop & deploy appropriate training modules
- Mapping out training and career paths (potential development by job position)
- Set up a skills assessment system
- Measure & develop levels of expertise
- Skills assessment
- Analysis of assessments
- Analysis by function, sub-function, job code, region, site
- Summary of the main gaps and identification of development needs by skill, region, site, job code
- Following the various analyses carried out, create work networks
- Analyse work techniques
- Support and lead the networks
- Create and implement training adapted to the function

 

PROFILE :
- Engineering school (industrial engineering, maintenance), skills and know-how management option (human relations)
- Minimum 4 years' higher education
- Good level of English desirable

 

PERIOD: 1 year minimum, starting September 2024
