In this position you will manage all the manufacturing activities for a project(s) of an EPU (Elementary Production Unit) including the responsibilities linked to the position as hierarchical manager for all the operators of the manufacturing organization who belong to the EPU. 

In this position you will: 

• Manage manufacturing activities.    
• Be responsible for requests for training & qualification of operators, requests for hiring (internal, external, temporary), requests & requirements for sub-contracting
• Be responsible for the industrial process Hand-over from methods to manufacturing 
• Be responsible for the operators training (covering manufacturing & self-inspections)
• Assign task to operators workload
• Perform optimizations of the workstation/work center using of KPI´s
• Line balancing 

As our ideal candidate: 

• Engineering degree 
• 5 years of experience 
• You have previous expierience in a similar position  
• Welding Process -GMAW, GTAW
• Spot welding 
• Symbols
• English basic
