Could you be the full-time Telecom Engineer in Saudi Arabia we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your telecom expertise in a new cutting-edge field of railway systems. You’ll be work alongside passionate, motivated and dedicated teammates.

You'll ensure the reliability of the telecom system. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (maintenance and operations), PMS and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of telecom, but also low voltage of railway systems.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Lead all the technical activities in line with Alstom global Reliability Growth process & tools and applicable standards,
  • Support the Engineering Manager (and Senior Manager) and work closely with FLOW Reliability Growth team to develop the Reliability Growth skills and activities with and autonomy and act as TSM partners and external parties.
  • Ensure the project documentation maturity by updating the project related documents and generate new documentation such as technical failure reports, rosk instructions, impact analysis, etc.
  • Ensure that the Reliability Growth process is correctly incorporated in RAMS plans in accordance to RAMS commitment and in line with Alstom policy and monitor the reliability, availability, and maintainability and publish monthly reports.
  • Participate site activities to optimize maintenance activities, investigate the incidents/failures to come up with a solution and/or mitigation proposals.

All about you

  • University Degree in electronics or telecommunications engineering with a fluent English skills
  • Minimum 10 years of total experience with 5+ years of experience on the low voltage, telecom systems related to the rail system (such as radio communications, ethernet & F/O connections, CCTV, public announce and information systems, etc)
  • Effective investigatory skills into technical investigations with high self-motivation
  • Hands-on experience on commissioning and configuration and/or maintenance of the telecom systems is mandatory
  • Experience related to the maintenance of railway signaling systems
