Could you be the full-time onsite Production Manager in Plattsburgh, NY, US we’re looking for?


Your future role

"Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive production management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, innovative, and collaborative teammates. You'll lead all manufacturing activities for our projects, making a significant impact on our production flow and project execution. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (supply chain, quality assurance, industrialization), manage training and hiring for manufacturing personnel, and much more."

We’ll look to you for:

  • Driving continuous improvement on Key Performance Indicators including customer delivery percentage, work rate, and hours per job,

  • Ensuring adherence to Environment, Health, and Safety rules and regulations,

  • Leading the finalization of manufacturing preparation for activity within the EPU,

  • Hiring, coaching, and developing your team, with a focus on driving occupational safety


All about you

  • High school diploma or GED is required.

  • Bachelor's degree in business management, engineering, manufacturing management, or a related field is preferred.

  • 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations, or similar

  • Familiarity with Environment, Health, and Safety rules and regulations,

  • Proven leadership competencies,

  • Knowledge of industrial management and manufacturing processes and technologies
