Could you be the full-time onsite Process and Manufacturing Engineering Manager in Plattsburgh, NY, US we’re looking for?


Your future role

"Take on a new challenge and apply your extensive process and manufacturing engineering management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and collaborative teammates. You'll lead the charge in enhancing our engineering processes, managing a skilled team of Process Engineers and Manufacturing Engineers or Technicians, and supporting the industrialization of new products. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Product Introduction Managers, Quality Assurance, and Production), organize and bring technical support to manufacturing, and much more."

We’ll look to you for:

  • Deploying industrialization standards such as Method Time, Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), Ergonomics, and Work Instructions,

  • Deploying Information System (IS) tools for industrialization: Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) such as DELMIA, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) such as GSI, and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES),

  • Defining and updating the function procedures, way of working, and methodologies according to the guideline defined by central Process and Manufacturing Engineering (PME),

  • Deploying industrialization methodologies including ICONE, Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (P-FMEA), Control Plan, Quick Response Quality Control (QRQC), and Task Sequencing,

  • Ensuring the staffing of the team according to the projects' firm and forecasted workload,

  • Building induction and training programs for new team members,

  • Maintaining the skills matrix of your team and building the annual training plan,

  • Managing Special Processes within Industrialization activities

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field. Equivalent experience in manufacturing or production my substitute for degree.

  • 5 years of experience or understanding of manufacturing engineering and production processes,

  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and techniques,

  • Familiarity with ERP systems, such as SAP, for Bill of Materials and Routings,

  • Technical experience in Process Engineering and writing manufacturing work instructions,

  • Knowledge of CAD and PLM tools (e.g., CATIA, DELMIA),

  • Understanding of Quality, EHS standards, and Ergonomics,

  • Experience with Process FMEA and QRQC methodologies,

  • Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
