Join us on a max-term contract of 12+ months based out of Western Australia’s Pilbara region, employed out of Perth on a 2:1 FIFO roster. You will be required to have flexibility and mobility in the workplace, available to work at nights, weekends and on public holidays as a fly in fly out employee. Projects will include: BHP. You will be responsible to prepare and supervise the execution of BHP RTP Project Signalling Installation - trackside and/or onboard - supporting the installation and Testing/Commissioning  workers and other entities involved, according to the orientation and project schedule

 

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your supervisory expertise amongst the team.  Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams, Supervise execution of Installation, Testing Commissioning while training and supporting the Installation workers and sub-contractors. You will specifically take care of Ensure compliance of Installation activities with D&IS Installation and FO Process, also prepare installation work and confirm readiness of installation execution.

 

We’ll look to you for

  • Oversee operational coordination of all project activities related to site works
  • Apply the Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) / Installation procedures according design documentation, report on any deviation found or needed. 
  • Ensure the EHS requirements and special processes are clearly included in the JHA
  • Report to the field activities and progress any issues, including non-conformities
  • Ensure the activities are carried out as per schedule, in line with the quality standards
  • Support the handover process to Test & Commissioning team / client

  • Strong experience on railway site management + EHS management
  • Planning control experience in site management scope
  • Railway and signalling knowledge
  • Full Driving license
