Could you be the full-time Electrical Engineer in Oslo, Norway we’re looking for?

 

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your method engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside passionate, motivated and dedicated teammates.

You will be responsible From the First of Class till the serial phase for applying industrial standards on products and performing continuous improvement on production lines to increase QCD (Quality, Cost and Delay) manufacturing productivity – there’s a lot to explore. We create our own design rules, and so day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business and Contribute during specification and design phases to technical solution decisions, and participation in Technical Design Review (DR).

 

You will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing the design phase of installation documentation (Electrical documentation, Installation Procedure )
  • Managing and following the achievement of the First of Class in respect of the industrial rules, and the (Quality, Cost and Delay) requirements
  • Define requirements and rules for associated tooling necessary to start production
  • Support Sourcing and Supplier Quality teams during quality crisis

  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering (Electrical or Electronics) or similar
  • Passion for product development
  • Familiarity with railway-specific design and manufacturing

  • Curiosity paired with a problem-solving mindset
  • Willingness to compromise and engage in discussions
  • Ability to communicate and build relationships at all levels (particularly when explaining designs to customers)
  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritise tasks
  • Passion for our product, our vision and the desire to deliver for our customers.
  • Fluent in English
  • Good proficiency in a Scandinavian language is a plus.
