Requirements:

• Education: Higher technical education

• Experience in ​​Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement

• Knowledge of industrial production processes

• Multitasking and proactivity in proposing solutions

• Good communication skills and strong teamwork skills

• General knowledge of railway products and systems will be additional advantage

• Fluent English and Polish - spoken and written

• Knowledge of MS Office

Job mission:

• Close cooperation with APSYS group leaders in the implementation, standardization and development of the Apsys program

• Supporting individual departments in the implementation and development of APSYS

• Employee training in APSYS

• Conducting and coordinating APSYS Weekly Plant Tour inspections at the plant

• Conducting 5S audits in offices and production halls

• Ensuring standards of Autonomous Teams, EPU and GPI boards

• Coordination and development of the CreAction and 5S programs in the plant

• Close cooperation with EPU and Industrial Director managers

• Coordination of Kaizen workshops, VSM and CI events
