Could you be the full-time Industrial Quality Engineer based in Motala we’re looking for?

 

Your future role

 

Get onboard and apply your Industrial Quality Engineer expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Joakim Östlund (Site Industrial Quality Manager), and work alongside collaborative and driven teammates.

 

We’ll look to you for:
 

As Industrial Quality Engineer you will

  • Manage Industrial Quality activities in relevant workshop (IQ team + process + KPI).
  • Stop the production in case of a defect which justifies mandatory rework.
  • Participate or delegate customer joint Inspections.
  • Participate to process FMEA definition.
  • Build, implement & regularly update Quality Control Plans with Return of Experience of previous project execution.
  • Ensure customer approval, documents validation & compliance of the manufactured products before shipping.
  • Perform Line Quality Animation with cross functional team.
  • Perform, participate to inspections of products.
  • Records inspection results in the industrial tools as required & performed follow-up.
  • Perform first characterization & manage NCR’s for non-compliant products for internal responsibility.
  • Have ability to accepts or reject products as defined in the working instructions / Expert support.
  • Support manufacturing teams regarding the self-inspection, delegation of control (Training, audit, …)
  • Lead and support with Supplier Quality complaints

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (electromechanical, electrical, material, mechanical…) or equivalent experience
  • Experience on manufacturing site.
  • Processes knowledge on Quality and at industrial level.
  • Fluency in English and Swedish
