Responsibilities

• Produce cover documents, baseline outlines and report s for the external and Internal project baseline.
• Work under the direct supervision of the requirements manager on all workflows related with Requirements Management.
• Assist the Requirements manager in the production of KPI’s related to Requirements
• Conduct Requirements meetings with the subsystems.
• Responsible for the application of the configuration management process

• Organising and help the chair of the Configuration Control Board (CCB), in which configuration changes (evolutions and/or modifications) are decided and recorded
• Managing the follow up of design changes and anomalies
• Managing the follow-up of configuration item

• Managing and feeding the database used for the project in relation to Configuration and Requirement Management
• Complying with the rules defined in the Configuration Management Plan defined for the project, and making sure those rules are understood and respected by every project entity
• Developing, implementing, and maintaining a Configuration Management Plan
• Supporting  the Requirement Management complete process from capturing, allocation and Requirement database follow-up until the completion of the T&C phase.
