We are looking for Installation Leader based in Hong Kong to join our dynamic team. We deliver multiple signaling projects to our customer MTR with dedication to sustainable and smart mobility in the field of design, engineering, installation and test & commissioning. You will be responsible for:

 

  • Organize and lead the full Project Installation Engineering Team, also from different Countries
  • Provide the list of deliverables with related schedule and workload, also in accordance with the reference library (analysis of reusable documents, gaps, …)
  • Propose the validation cycle of the documentation (Internal and external: Customer, Subcontractor, …)
  • Report on the progress of the delivery of the document to be provided as per schedule
  • Support the PrYM for QCD review of the IE activities, including Risk identification and mitigation proposal
  • Interfaces with other Project stakeholders – internal or external - for getting needed data, for delivering the IE
  • Identifies and reports on issues on document and drawing delivered and provide REX on main route cause of issues and on reference library evolution
  • Performs Site Surveys during preparation and execution phase (if necessary) 
  • Liaises with BIM Coordinators to coordinate common Installation Engineering studies and deliverables
  • Ensure application of D&IS Installation and FO Process for Installation Engineering activities 

 

In addition, as Team Leader he/she will assume following performance measurements:

 

  • IE deliverables meeting Projects QCD targets
  • Number of documents and drawing version.
  • Achieve optimizations in projects (Including transfer to LCC of Installation Engineering activities)

 

You are expected to have these credentials:

 

  • 5 years of above experience in design, drafting or engineering (Project and/or construction experience appreciated)
  • Basic experience on railway site management
  • Strong knowledge of Railway products and services knowledge on different market segments (Urban, Mainline, F&M)
  • Experience of management by Quality, Cost and Delivery objectives
  • EHS background
  • Knowledge of BIM procedures and tools 
  • Willing to work at day and night shifts, and site works (subject to work arrangement).
