Could you be the full-time Planning Manager we’re looking for in Alstom Fez ?

Take on a new challenge and apply your strategic and analytical expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, collaborative, and forward-thinking teammates. You'll be a key contributor to reach the Industrial Planning KPIs targets. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Production, Quality Assurance, and Procurement..), ensure that all KPIs are calculated according to the standard rules and support industrial planning execution, and much more.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Developing strategies to meet Industrial Planning KPIs targets,
  • Applying and enforcing EHS rules within workshop environments,
  • Facilitating continuous professional development within your team,
  • Leading and managing the team of industrial planners,
  • Supporting the execution of industrial planning,
  • Collaborating with other departments to align planning objectives,
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives in supply chain processes,
  • Providing insights and reports on planning performance to senior management,
  • Fostering a culture of resilience and adaptability within the team",
  • Ensuring accurate and consistent calculation of all KPIs

  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,
  • Experience or understanding of production planning and scheduling in a manufacturing environment.,
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.,
  • Proficiency in planning software and tools, such as ERP systems.
