Could you be the full-time Workpackage Controlling Germany Services in Cluj-Napoca we’re looking for?

 

 

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your valuable expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Tania Maties (Controlling Operations Manager, Cluj-Napoca), and work alongside with smart, experienced, mature, and assertive teammates.

 

You'll discover a complex business with complex accounting procedures and processes, where you can continuously learn and develop and create value add to our deliverables and tasks with your creative ideas. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (local accounting and reporting managers, controlling organizations, various finance and business functions).

 

You’ll specifically take care of monitoring project costs at all times, delivering in time and quality required inputs for project delivery, consolidating KPI’s and planning, but also forecasting and budgeting costs, while making sure to timely approve and issue invoices towards final customers.

 

We’ll look to you for:

  • Exercise business partnership by supporting decision making through adding value to the business by proactive delivery of information and knowledge;
  • Act as business partner towards Local Controlling and operations;
  • Drive and support the cluster operation challenges (Projects/Audit/Ad-hoc);
  • Act as SPOC for technical inquires;
  • Solves all exceptions and inquiries;
  • Performs applicable periodic activities;
  • Initiate Continuous Improvement;
  • Adheres to Service Level Agreement;
  • Coordinates and communicates performance of all focus teams;
  • Issue final invoices towards customers based on project calculations;
  • Reporting activities;
  • Time tracking;
  • Cash file;
  • PI reporting;
  • Retention release;
  • Polaris Updates;
  • Rebooking of costs;
  • EAC Changes;
  • Project controlling related reporting & analysis;
  • MEC (month end closing) related activities;
  • Purchase Orders verification;
  • Audit tasks.

 

All about you

  • Degree in Accounting or Economic field;
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience;
  • Good understanding of Finance/ Controlling processes and tools;
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ERP systems;
  • Good English skills in writing, speaking and listening.
