Role Overview:

Performs operations of warehouse input/output respectively, storing and hadling operations within it. Ensures registration of material input/output documents.

 

 

As important responsibilities, the person will

 

  • Respects the rules of goods removal from warehouse, all materials will be delivered by attaching : consumption bills, repair orders, service orders, transfer bills and delivery notes. Checks whether the bills are signed  in case of conflict. On delivery, verifies whether the quantities from the bills match with the real ones. Prepares  “proces verbal de predare »  when a consumption bill cannot be prepared for the delivered materials.
  • Opens the personal inventory sheets which he updates with all the modifications occured. This sheet consists of tools and devices that remain over a period of time in the possession of the employees delegated by the team leader. Inventory objects will be delivered after the user signs the sheets.
  • Issues consumption bills for logistic team consumables
  • Performs a daily survey  to verify (at least two materials) the storage of the benchmarks consumed in order to maintain the accuracy of the stock.
  • Responsible for proper management of goods, breach of legal provisions related to goods management, which involves material, disciplinary, administrative, criminal or civil liability, as appropriate
  • Announces the Logistic Manager when particular stocks are depleting or do not suffer any modification.
  • Sets and registers damage reports according to Alstom Transport regulations, if necessary.
  • Oragnizes the team under his subordination.(if the case)
  • Respects the stock management regulations
  • Delivers goods to the customer according to the documents issued
  • Takes over CDM( cerere de materiale ) and supervises their completion.
  • Collaborates with site managers and team leaders under their subordination.
  • Collaborates with the suppliers (keeps in touch with them in order to comply with the terms of delivery of materials, signs and verifies the delivery notes when receiving them from the supplier.
  • Prepares the activity schedule within projects warehouse

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Medium educational requirements
  • 3 years minimum experience in basic material management
  • Authorization for lightweight handling equipment is an advantage
  • English knowledge: able to read, write and speak level

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP knowledge

Computer skills : Word, Excel, Outlook
