Could you be the full-time Accounts Payable Analyst in Cluj-Napoca we’re looking for?

 

 

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your thoroughness expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Anamaria Vomir (Procure to Pay Operations Manager, Cluj-Napoca), and work alongside friendly, supportive, fun teammates.

 

You’ll specifically take care of delivering periodic AP activities and resolving daily AP complex exceptions. You’ll be also responsible to coordinate performance of Service Delivery teams (i.e. Focus teams) or be assigned to initiate improvement initiatives (e.g. process standardization, alignment & simplification).

 

We’ll look to you for:

  • Captures all accounts payable information received;
  • Resolves rejected transactions according to the level of errors;
  • Ensures accuracy of transactions captured;
  • Ensures traceability of transactions performed;
  • Manage payments to suppliers and perform supplier reconciliation;
  • Solves all exceptions and inquiries;
  • Performs payment runs;
  • Reviews accounts payable reconciliations;
  • Acts as single point of contact for OSC/CASRA/E&Y audits;
  • Prepares and communicates KPI reports towards business partners;
  • Coordinates and communicates performance of all focus teams;
  • Identify and drive opportunities for improvement in functional area;
  • Exercises business partnership by supporting decision making through adding value to the business by proactive delivery of information and knowledge;
  • Acts as business partner towards Local AP Manager and/or Head of Accounting;
  • Acts as single point of contact for OSC/CASRA/E&Y audits;
  • Comply  with  Accounts Payable policies and procedures;
  • Comply with Travel and Expenses Claims Policies;
  • Comply with period end checklists of activities to be performed;
  • Comply with OSC control points.

 

All about you

  • Education: Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or Management Accounting, CPA is a plus;
  • 2-3 years of experience in an Accounting department, of which at least 1,5 years is in Accounts Payable department;
  • Exposure to SAP ERP system;
  • PC Literate (MS- office tools);
  • Advanced level of English; any other European language.
