Testing Methods Engineer (m/f) :

 

As Testing Methods Engineer you will be part of the team responsible for preparation of W2W & dielectric and Routine Test process in dynamically growing Testing and Commissioning department.

 

Responsibilities :

o Clear and Exhaustive understanding of the Customer Acceptance Criteria.

o Manage the development and supply of test procedures, facilities and tools for RS sites and depots

o Ensure that test procedures and tools configuration are managed during the project lifecycle

o Define the Standard Operating Procedures with reference time and monitor deviations

o Continuously optimizing T&C processes.

o Implement REX (Return of Experience) from Test & Commissioning phase of the project.

o Ensure Interface and perfect working relationship with engineering project team, Site Industrial, Warranty Implementation

team, Site Logistics and Industrial Support to Warranty teams, Quality, Site Validation team.

o Support the T&C Operations team, for the implementation and execution of the Testing Procedures.

o Implement and deploy methods and tools and best practices pointed out at group level.

o Ensures T&C procedures comply with EHS Policy and Site EHS Management System

o Participates in EHS activities on shop floor.

 

Experience :

o experience in Testing & Commissioning of Electrical, Control, onboard communications & network systems within process industry, railways or factory automation

o Fluent in English language

o Good knowledge in IT tools and smart devices

o Be familiar with high risk activities in association with Electrical work and EHS requirements
