Project Testing and Commissioning Manager  (m/f):

As PrTCM you will be part of project core team and dynamically grawing Testing and Commissioning department.

Responsibilities :

• define clear and exhaustive Train Acceptance Criteria.

• definition of the expected vehicles configuration and quality level at the “Hand Over" from Manufacturing line milestone.

• to create contract T&C documentation (tests programs, tests description, delivery planning, etc.)

• to comply with project’s T&C QCD commitments, acting as Work Package Owner

• ensures EHS is fully considered in project T&C scope

Experience :

You are already an outstanding people manager, with proven skills in T&C organization and creating effective engineering processes. You demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to guide, influence and convince others, while working in an international & diverse organization.

Essential:   Diploma/Degree level or similar level of formal qualification in Engineering is required for this role (prefareble in electrical field).

You bring extensive experience managing/ leading complex projects and provide technical expertise in your domain. You have the ability to use this technical knowledge, in collaboration with other departments to grow the organization. In parallel you also bring significant experience in delivery of critical analysis, testing & delivery.
