Could you be the full-time onsite SCADA / AFC Installation Engineer in Cairo, EG we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your well-honed SCADA/AFC installation expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, skilled, and innovative teammates. You'll contribute significantly to the successful implementation of the Cairo Monorail project by ensuring seamless SCADA and AFC systems activities at the Depot Building and track wayside for both East and West of Nile. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including engineering, construction, and project management), establish the site for installers mobilization and Installation pre-requisites, and much more.

We’ll look to you for:

• Studying engineering deliverables including Bill of Installation Materials/Quantities, System specifications, and Installation Materials Specification Requirements.

• Establishing the site for installers' mobilization and ensuring all Installation pre-requisites are met.

• Analyzing and interpreting Installation drawings to ensure accurate implementation.

• Delivering Installation documents that align with Alstom System requirements.

All about you

• Engineering Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Power, Mechatronics or Communications.

• 2 to 4 years of experience in control systems and construction sites.

• Experience or understanding of SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) and AFC (Automatic Fare Collection) systems.

• Knowledge of installation practices and principles within a rail or transportation environment.
