Quality Management:

 

Perform Site Inspection based on Approved & CSD drawings.

Implement Quality Plan.

Prepare Inspection report based on check list.

 

Planning:

 

  • Preparation of Method of Installation
  • Preparation of Lifting Plan.
  • Preparation and maintenance of Tools & Plant.
  • Preparation of Installation Planning.
  • Prepare Resource planning.
  • Interface (Cross subsystems) management.
  • Manage Site Coordination with sub-system.
  • Manage Site Coordination with External stake holders.
  • Prepare Site Progress report (Daily/Weekly and monthly)
  • Implementation of Site execution planning.
  • Lead Installation Works at site.

 

 

Critical skills:

 

. Coordination skills

. Planning Skills

. Able to use planning tools.

 

  • Ensures that all required OPC related installation drawings and instruction changes (including modifications) are adequately recorded, reported and approved
  • Enforces the identification of the MEP/Civil works as installed configuration, non-conformities, defects, and workmanship issues
  • Supervises installation and installation inspection (PICO)
  • Reports NCRs whenever is necessary
  • Supports HSE team representatives on implementing and enforcing HSE requirements on site

  • Engineering degree
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in installation of electrical/mechanical works
  • Rail installation knowledge required, MEP awareness would be advantageous
  • Experience in LV/MV Electrical installations is required
