Could you be the full-time onsite Site Production Manager in  Bursa we’re looking for?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your production management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, innovative, and skilled teammates. You'll lead the charge in shaping the future of manufacturing at our Bursa site, ensuring that all activities align with our commitment to excellence and sustainability. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including EHS, Engineering, and Quality Assurance), oversee the integration of ergonomics into manufacturing processes, and much more.

 

We’ll look to you for:

  • Overseeing the contribution of the site manufacturing organization to project execution from tender transfer meeting up to critical gate review.,
  • Ensuring the manufacturing contribution to EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) risks and Ergonomics analysis is up to standard,
  • Preparing the site for manufacturing activities, including resource allocation and process optimization,
  • Acting as a hierarchical manager for all employees within the manufacturing organization on the site,
  • Implementing strategies for continuous improvement in manufacturing processes,
  • Maintaining compliance with all relevant industry regulations and standards,
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure project milestones are met,
  • Leading by example in areas of leadership, resilience, adaptability, and a continuous learning mindset,
  • Fostering an inclusive workplace culture that encourages teamwork and innovation,
  • Reporting directly to the Site Managing Director with regular updates on manufacturing progress and challenges"


All about you

  • Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience or understanding of managing manufacturing activities in an industrial environment within the Railway industry.
  • Familiarity with EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) risk management and ergonomic analysis in a manufacturing setting,
  • Knowledge of continuous development practices for manufacturing processes,
  • Proven ability to contribute to the preparation and execution of site manufacturing activities,
  • Certification in project management or lean manufacturing would be an asset,
  • Fluent in English both speaking and writing , able to navigate within an international context.
  • Demonstrated resilience and adaptability in a dynamic work environment,
  • Excellent communication skills, with an emphasis on clear and effective team coordination,
  • A continuous learning mindset, with a willingness to embrace new methodologies and technologies,
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in hierarchical management of manufacturing teams,
