Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your organizational and administrative expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates. You'll provide comprehensive management work to support the administration and coordination of all activities of a direction. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including finance, HR, and operations), carry out the activities independently while integrating improvements in the achievements, and provide support to the management team and much more.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Effective organization and management of executive schedules,
  • Timely preparation of meeting agendas and minutes,
  • Proactive identification and resolution of administrative issues,
  • Maintenance of high levels of confidentiality and discretion,
  • Development and implementation of management systems and processes,
  • Providing high-level administrative support to the management team,
  • Managing and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously, such as Develop large-scale seminars and events, independently with identified stakeholders: from the logistics and its content, up to budget management
  • Prepare internal and external interventions with the communication department
  • Ensuring continuous alignment of departmental actions with company objectives,

  • Experience or understanding of comprehensive management work and administrative support,

  • Strong time-management and coordination skills,
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in task execution,
  • Ability to support a management team with discretion and professionalism,
  • Resilience and adaptability to a fast-paced working environment,
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in English and French
  • Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
