Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Georgiana, and work alongside dynamic, adaptable and forward-thinking teammates.

You'll Perform Verification & Validation Activities related to Interlocking & ETCS (European Train Control Systems) for Central and East Europe Projects. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project Manager, Technical responsible, Safety, Installation, Test & Commissioning), Performing Testing and much more.

 

We’ll look to you for:

  • Define verification methodology for selected deliverables, when requested from V&V strategy
  • Define test plans and test descriptions for in-house activities.
  • Perform and report on allocated verification, integration and test activities
  • When Safety is involved, share and justify the results with Safety Assurance Manager to feed safety demonstration
  • Interface with experts in other department to align on selected V&V activity methodology
  • Specify, procure, develop, setup and configure assets such as testbenches and instrumentation
  • Follow-up with T&C for tests exported to site execution

  • University Degree in Engineering (Transportation Systems/Electronics/Telecommunications/Software Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent)
  • Basic knowledge of railway signaling principles
  • Good analytical skill
  • Understanding and experience in Software coding
  • Foreign language: English, full proficient use
  • Basic knowledge of ITC Hardware architectures (client/server, workstation/Blade, Ip networking, routing, operating systems).
