OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

Prepare and execute Installation engineering activities in support to one or several  Projects

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with testing tools to improve / facilitate the daily BIM activities,
• Assemble BIM models and write specific tracking documents,
• Export global and blended models,
• Check the elements libraries (objects, signage...) so that they meet the project requirements,
• Check that the BIM good practices specified are applied (2D, 3D, documents connection…),
• Analysis of models deposit sheets,
• Final 2D and 3D consistency check,
• Participate in BIM specific meetings,
• Supervise the establishment of subsystem libraries,
• Clean and track the naming and dispatching of comments for reports of the analyses performed in the viewer
• Train internal draftsman capable in 3D drawings to Autodesk REVIT / NAVISWORK / or other applicable tool

And regarding documents production:

• Assemble Models and perform verifications
• Create assemblies and specific exports for exchange with the client
• Extract plans / cut-offs from the models for System Analysis Needs
• Control spreadsheet extractions
• Edit of analysis reports in the viewer

Qualifications & Skills:

EDUCATION

• B.E/B.Tech Engineering Graduate

BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES:

• Communication
• Agile
• Time Management Skills

EXPERIENCE / SKILL SET

• 4+ years of Experience in BIM tool
• Language Skills: Proficient in English language
• IT Skills: MS office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
