Purpose of the Job

• Manage the Depot Equipment design team
• Technical support for Infrastructure Project Manager, System Entity and Sourcing

Organisation Structure

• Hierarchical: POS Engineering Manager
• Functional: Project Manager Infra subsystems

Network & Links

• Power Supply Engineering, Sourcing, System, Suppliers, Customer

Performance Measurement/KPI’s

• Respect of the deliverable time schedule
• Respect of Quality Cost Delivery Works Packages
• Workload management
• People Management Cycle on time
• Regular reporting to the Management and alert in case of issue affecting the performance team and the cost

           Main Responsibilities

           On the function for which he is in charge, the Depot Equipement Design Leader

           Accountable for:

• Manage and supervise the local design team for the equipment in one depot for the heavy maintenance and in two areas for the light maintenance, stabling and train washing
• Review the elaboration of the technical specifications of the depot equipment
• Manage interfaces with other project subsystems
• Manage requirements allocated to Depot Equipment system
• Ensure coordination with the project team, suppliers and client
• Elaborate the list of necessary spare parts for equipment

            Responsible for:

• Managing Work Package for the project
• Validating the hours studies and workload
• Participating to project meetings
• Performing reports for design progress
• Participating to the business award for suppliers
• Providing Return of experience to be implemented in Reference Solutions.

           Educational requirements :

           University Degree in engineering (electrical / mechanical)

           Knowledge & Experience :

• 5 years of experience in railway system / Depot Equipment (Train washing machine, wheel lathe, lifting jacks, cranes, bogie maintenance…)
• Team management experience
• Conflict management and interpersonal skills
• Software: Word, Excel, Power Point, Autocad 2020
• Fluent in Greek (speaking, reading and writing)
• Fluent in English (speaking, reading and writing)

           Team Size :

           Between 2 to 6 people according to the organization and the project’s requirement
