Could you be the full-time Industrial Engineer (solderingin Electric locomotive assembly plant, Astana we’re looking for?

 

 

Take on a new challenge and apply your technical expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to our Site PME Director Yessimkulov Nurlan, and work alongside passionate teammates.

 

Your future role 

  1. Analysis of the necessary equipment, equipment and tools for the industrialization of projects - soldering of metal in semi-automatic welding. Creating queries, writing technical specifications.
  2. Development of technical documentation necessary for production, taking into account the safety of work and ergonomics.
  3. Creation of routes in system, lists of materials.
  4. Development of a list of the sequence of operations.
  5. Carrying out inspections at the stage of industrialization of new projects or after engineering changes of the product.
  6. Detailed calculation and analysis of the norms of time for operations.
  7. Industrialization of modifications after engineering changes: routes, documentation, tools and equipment.
  8. Taking timely action in case of technical problems in production.
  9. Analysis of the causes of defects and low-quality products, development of measures to prevent and eliminate them.
  10. Development of repair techniques for existing defects in production.
  11. Production support to achieve SQCD goals (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery).
  12. Participation in the process of continuous improvement.
  13. Development of training programs and training of production operators.
  14. Contributing to the application of industrial experience in the production process.

 

Requirements

  1. Higher technical education (mechanical, engineering, welding and etc.).
  2. Experience as an engineer in welding activities not less than 1 year in manufacturing, preferably in the railway industry. 
  3. Technical knowledge in the field of mechanical engineering, preparation of production work instructions.
  4. Experience with ERP (such as SAP) with the creation of materials, routes.
  5. Practical knowledge of quality, EHS design and ergonomics.
